Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. CoatVale offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Condition
For hygiene reasons, grooming items must be unused and in original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email alvarezruizjordi@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Who pays return shipping
For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping; for damaged or defective items, CoatVale covers it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
