How long does shipping take?
US in-stock items typically arrive in about 2–5 business days; some items ship from overseas in about 7–15 days. You will see the estimate at checkout and get tracking by email.
Do these work for both dogs and cats?
Yes — the brush, glove and lick mat are designed for dogs and cats across short and long coats. Double-coated breeds get the most out of the deshedding brush.
Is the lick mat safe?
It is made of soft, easy-clean silicone. Always supervise your pet and treat it as a feeding aid, not a chew toy.
What is your return policy?
See our Returns & Refunds page. Unused grooming items can be returned within 30 days; damaged/defective items are replaced or refunded.
